BenQ has announced their upcoming 23.6-inch LCD TV that doubles as a standard PC monitor. This one would make a great secondary monitor. It features Senseye Human Vision Technology which enhances the color, clarity and contrast of video content. The MK2442 has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, with a 5ms response time, brightness of 300 cd/2, 1000:1 contrast ratio and a built-in TV tuner.

It also sports two 5W speakers for decent sound. On the connectivity side, you get: D-Sub, S-Video, SCART, Composite, Component and HDMI 1.3.

The MK2442 will hit retail shelves in Germany, Spain, Italy, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Romania, Poland and Russia on August 20. Not on the list? It should be headed your way later for an unannounced price.
