The American Heart Association is the group that sets the guidelines for CPR that is taught to people who are taking CPR courses. The association also teaches first aid classes and other things to those who are looking to spend summers being lifeguards and other things.
The AHA has announced its first iPhone application that provides user with information on CPR and first aid. The app gives users reviews of first aid procedures that can be used anywhere for things like cuts, burns, animal bites and more.
The app also has information about performing CPR and what to do in other serious situations like seizures. The application is powered by Jive Media and can be downloaded from the App Store now for $3.99. The app also has 20 detailed videos on how to respond and treat different first aid situations.

I have found the apps available at RediVideos to be very useful for first aid information. They are available for both iPhone and Blackberry and feature full video instruction on what to do in a medical emergency. You can find them here http://www.redivideos.com.
