Turtle Beach announces Ear Force P21 headphones for PS3

turtlebeachp21-sbMy son just got out of school for the summer and already he is driving me crazy. He can’t seem to play the PS3 without the explosions shaking the entire house thanks to the big woofer being cranked up on the home theater.

Turtle Beach has announced an answer to that problem with a new set of headphones for the PS3 called the P21 Gaming Headset. The headset has an inline amp for good sound and deep bass. The amp is powered by a USB connection to the PS3.

The headset also has a built-in high quality mic that allows for VOIP in games. Independent volume controls can be used to set the volume levels for the game sound and voice independent of each other. The P21 also has a 16-foot cable to allow the player to sit well away from the console. The headphones will sell for $79.95 at major retailers.
