It also has a network jack so I can plug it into my router and it will auto update the firmware. What I don't like about it is the player has been out for a year and they still aren't selling the 6hr battery, if you are on a long flight you would like to watch 2 movies also they aren't selling the 3 hour batteries separately yet either. Lastly for Jordan, I'm not going to buy standard DVD versions of all my blu-rays just to have a cheap player, maybe if all you have is standard DVD maybe you're not the right consumer for this product.

I have this, the player is great and it is HD just not 1080p. You can't get HD on a screen this small which makes the product and the $800 price tag completely useless.Buy a $100 portable DVD player with the same size screen and get the same experience + $700 to blow on movies.

The only reason for having Blu-Ray is HD content.
