Vista does not allow sinfile.exe to run. To get around in a computer there is nothing comparable to winfile.exe; SP5 for WINNT4.0 supports long file named and can be extracted with a -b parameter. If WIN 7 fails to support File Manager, it will also earn a rather jaundiced reputation. Explorer, while it will do things like install .inf files (which sinfile.exe cannot do) is nowhere close to it in nimbleness.
