Baseball with a radar gun built in

Baseball with a radar gun built inBack in the stone age, if you wanted to know how fast you could pitch, you needed a radar gun, which was huge and expensive. Only Major League dudes had them and they pointed them at every pitcher in the league, all for the sake of stats. Well this is the 21st century bub. You don’t need a radar gun anymore. We’ve shoved the whole thing into the ball itself.

The SmartBall shows you exactly how fast you throw it. I hear ya. The ball is no longer regulation with the added weight. And yeah, if you hit it with a bat, it will likely die. But it should be a great way to measure your speed and then improve your speed.

You can finally prove that you really can throw a 99 mph fastball. Or not.

It’s nothing new. I had one of these in the late 80’s and it worked pretty well. And yes, hitting it with a bat will kill it. Trust me.
