samsunggloss-sbThere are so many cellular phones on the market that there are devices to suit every need and taste. Many women want a phone that offers good looks in addition to functionality. Samsung and US Cellular announced today that the mobile provider was getting the Samsung Gloss handset.

The Gloss looks like a makeup compact to me and has a roughly square design that measures 2.55-inches x 2.94-inches x 0.82-inches and has a 2.2-inch QCIF TFT LCD screen. The handset is available in pink or charcoal colors.

The device sports a full QWERTY keyboard under the square lid and supports up to 16GB of external memory for storing pictures, music, and video. The Gloss also features a 1.3-megapixel camera and supports music player and US Cellular easyedge navigation service. US Cellular reports the handset is available for purchase now at an undisclosed price.
