iPhone gets mini golf action

iphoneminigolf-sbI’m not a huge fan of mini golf myself, but my kids love it. In fact we went to play mini gold yesterday and I got beat by a 7-year-old again. My son is some sort of mini golf Tiger Woods, always hitting a hole in one despite the fact that he usually doesn’t look at what he is doing as he hits the ball.

I can still beat him (usually) at video games so to help my bruised ego I might challenge him to a round of mini golf on the iPhone with the new Mini Golf 99 holes Theme Park application. As the name suggest the game has 99 different holes with four different courses to choose from.

Players can choose from five different characters to play and use special powers to help win. Powers include ball break, jump and more. The courses have the obstacles that you expect to find in mini golf like bumpers, teleporters, and spring jumps. The app is available now for $5.99.
