The only suported video format is .cmv

It does not support AAC files from iTunes and do not support video playback formats MJPEG, WMV9, MPEG4-SP3, DivX3 4/5 and XviD3.

Been using Creative PMP for about 4 years now, started with the Sleek, now on to the Zen, and if they don’t change it that is a good thing. The player is simple to use, the capacity is good, the price is great.The SD card option makes it far more useful than an iPod, and it is a solid piece of kit.

I have the 8gig currently but at those prices I might treat myself to the 16gb!
