New Dell Precision T Series workstations with up to 192GB RAM |
Dell is getting ready to release three new T-series workstations: the T3500, T5500, and T7500. You’ll get up to 1.5TB of storage space, an eSATA port, DisplayPort connectors and they’re EnergyStar compliant.
The T3500 that will support up to 24GB RAM. The T5500 offers a RAM capacity of up to 72GB. Dual sport sockets will be included so you can use dual Intel Xeons. The T7500 supports a hefty 192GB of RAM running at 1,066MHz or 1,333MHz. This model also features dual native Gen 2 PCIe graphics card slots with support for NVIDIA SLI.
The T3500 is expected to cost about $999 while the T5500 should be priced around $1,620. No pricing for the T7500 yet.
