Usable gaming controls on a name brand phone? No. Usable game controls on a not-so-name-brand phone. The Cool8800C handset from Solomobi looks like a typical Chinese phone, but has a few nice features that might make you consider a purchase. It supports dual-SIM cards, has an analog TV tuner and other features you’d expect in a new cellphone.
What really makes this one stand out is the flip out screen and keypad that reveals another larger screen underneath along with gaming controls. It only plays classic NES titles though and comes with 3 built-in. If you want more you can load them with a memory card.
It will cost you $140. Might be worthy taking a chance on. If you do, let us now how it works out.
