Pantech’s blow-controlled Sky Wind

Posted in Pantech by Conner Flynn on February 2nd, 2009

Pantech’s blow-controlled Sky WindPantech’s latest creation, the Sky Wind, features blow-controls. What this means is that you can huff and puff and interact with your phone. The handset will run on the Emotion Engine developed by Fantalog Interactive. Blow controls include the ability to switch wallpapers, adjust the brightness level and even take a photo.

Hell, you can probably literally blow somebody off if you get a call you don’t want. Obviously this is pretty much a novelty. I mean it can’t be nearly as useful as the iPhone’s accelerometer for instance. The Pantech Sky Wind will be available this February. No word on price yet, but we think it blows.

Seriously, can you think of any good things that will come from the ability to blow in your phone? I mean actual useful stuff, not just moving objects on screen.
