Steve Jobs still around, blames hormone imbalance for his weight lossAs if to say that rumors of his impending health decline have been greatly exaggerated, Steve Jobs has come clean about his weight loss in a open letter to the Apple community, just a day before Macworld.

He says that a hormone imbalance is to blame. “The remedy for this nutritional problem is relatively simple and straightforward, and I’ve already begun treatment,”. Doctors expect that it will take him until late Spring to regain the weight and body mass that we are used to seeing. Jobs will also stay on as CEO during his recovery.

Nothing else to see here. Move along. Or as Steve himself puts it: “So now I’ve said more than I wanted to say, and all that I am going to say, about this.”
