Bought two of these units. Not much of a installation guide. Proprietary software. Other ringtones not compatible. No article mentioned that you have to purchase ringtones from their company at a rate of $2 each! And you have to purchase ringtones for each box. NO freebees here! I wasted 5 credits on “call indicators” without realizing they were not ringtones! No way to screen “unknown name, unknown numbers” either! This product does what it is supposed to do at a high price tag.

This product is very good for anyone who is vision impaired or has trouble reading caller ID displays.

This Rinboxx is a great idea for the one whos still rely on landphones and want to have a change in their routine ringtones.
