Olympus Stylus 1040 is 0.65-inches of picture taking |

Olympus debuted yesterday what it calls is its slimmest Stylus line digital camera to date. It is called the Stylus 1040 and it will cost around $200 when it surfaces in October.
The Stylus 1040 from Olympus is a 10-megapixel pocket shooter which measures 3.5- x 2.2- x 0.65-inches. Key features of this digital camera include a mode which automatically identifies what is in the camera’s sights and adjusts settings appropriately, face detection which tracks up to 16 faces, an in-camera panorama mode, digital image stablization, a 2.7-inch display and in-camera editing.
