Flip Mino: the smaller $180 Camcorder
It’s official. Announced today, the Flip Mino is a smaller and more powerful companion to the Ultra. It has 2GB of on-board flash memory for 60 minutes of VGA-quality recording, but it’s 40% smaller. Just 4” x 2” x 0.6” and weighs 3.3-ounces. The Mino also features a 1.5-inch anti-glare screen, Li-ion battery and a flat back-panel with touch-sensitive buttons. The Ultra used AA’s and just had push buttons. You can get one in the U.S. on June 5th for $179.99.
