Second Life gets 3Dconnexion Mouse CompatibilitySecond Life is still a very popular game, or application depending on how you look at it. I was watching CSI: New York (yes I was that bored) and they even had an episode that was very intertwined with Second Life.

3Dconnexion, the Logitech company that makes the SpaceNavigator 3D mouse, announced today that Second Life will be a SpaceNavigator compatible application starting in mid-April. The SpaceNavigator promises more fluid control of an avatar and more.

3Dconnexion also says that the intuitive 3D mouse will make building and manipulating objects along with flying more intuitive. Advanced capabilities provided by the SpaceNavigator include quick-switch from flycam to avatar mode, control of 3D objects in build-mode and more.
