LG and Verizon Wireless make you envious with the enV2 |
With CTIA Wireless 2008 quickly approaching new cellular phone announcements are coming hot and heavy. Not all of the phones being announced ahead of the show are bank breakers when it comes to the price, which is nice.
LG and Verizon Wireless announced a new handset today called the LG enV2. The phone is available in black or maroon colors and will be available in April at Verizon Wireless stores across the country for $129.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate and a new two-year contract.
The phone features a 2MP camera with digital zoom and built-in image editor. The phone also features a QWERTY keypad and compatibility with VZ Navigator and V Cast Music. Wireless-sync email is offered and a music player. Memory is expandable up to 8GB via microSD cards.

Looks like one of their nicer sequels to a phone! Looks a bit like the iPhone though, and I thought it was the Voyager for a second, lol. I might look into this.

The external screen is fragile and not covered under warranty. A nice phone for a purse, not for a pocket.
THIS PHONE IS GARBAGE. So much stuff has gone wrong with it for me. I’m getting my 3rd one and I can’t get a new one because I’m switching to US Cellular and I don’t want to increase my time. Do not get this phone.
