Canon PIXMA MX7600 Office AIO PrinterCanon brought to market today a new all-in-one printer it says “has the ability to produce crisp graphics and text on plain paper with the incorporation of the new Pigment Reaction (PgR) technology.” The printer is the Canon PIXMA MX7600 Office AIO and pricing is set at around $400.

The Canon PIXMA MX7600 Office AIO Printer is designed in essence to bring high quality printing jobs to regular paper, thus bringing savings to individuals and business which might otherwise have to fork out more money for better quality paper. Canon says its new printing technology means “curling, ink bleeding and printing through the paper sometimes associated with color inkjet printing on plain paper is dramatically reduced so that end-results are sharp, professional, business documents.”

Other features of the MX7600 include an automatic document feeder, auto duplex printing, built-in Ethernet port for network printing and the ability to print photos up to maximum color resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi.
