BenQ V2400WBenQ is offering up today what it deems the world’s slimmest 24-inch LCD monitor. We aren’t sure if that is 100 percent true or not, but we can tell you the BenQ V2400W will be available in North America in April.

The BenQ V2400W, as the world’s reportedly slimmest 24-inch LCD monitor, is 2.44-inches at its thickest point. It combines “unexpected asymmetry and the aerodynamic curves of the B-2 stealth bomber,” taking its design cues from a new BenQ design mindset. A blue LED and touch controls round out this design focused display.

Other more technical aspects of the V2400W include 4000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 1080p HD support, special video accelerator technology, 1920 x 1200 resolution and HDMI input. No word as of yet on local pricing.
