Alltel Wireless has scored an exclusive slider phone with a touchscreen interface from LG and plans to launch it March 13. The phone is called the LG Glimmer and it will price at around $250 after rebate and two-year contract.

The LG Glimmer, besides the aforementioned items, is geared towards media lovers with its 2-megapixel digital camera with video recording, built-in MP3 player and streaming video support. It’s also outfitted with an expandable memory card slot and is GPS capable.

Other features of the LG Glimmer include Bluetooth, talk time of up to 210 minutes, voice activated dialing and speakerphone.
