Went to web sight, tried their "firmware" update, worked a couple more weeks. Mean while the 2 year old has taken chucks of the rubber off of it. Looks like it caught a disease. Have you tried to send something back to Canada? I do not want to put more money in this thing. BEWARE. If you go to their web site, they admit they are so back logged in complaints it will take awhile to get to you. I just bought an iPhone recently and was letting my 3-year-old cruise the iTunes Children's section (yeah, it's that easy to use). Well needless to say she ended up buying a song "Part of Your World" from The Little Mermaid. Now, if I had this little MP3 player I could upload that song to her player rather than mine!Plus, playing music for babies to get them to go to sleep really does work! This is adorable!
