Lenovo debuts quarter thin ThinkPad

Lenovo ThinkPad X300Lenovo this week rolled out an extremely thin notebook PC which is described as being lightweight and fully functional. The Lenovo ThinkPad X300 is priced at around $2,800 starting.

The Lenovo ThinkPad X300 measures less than three-fourths of an inch at its thinnest point, which Lenovo says is approximately the height of a U.S. quarter coin. Starting weight is as low as just under three pounds and storage is offered via a 1.8-inch 64GB solid state drive. It also runs off of the latest Intel Centrino with vPro technology and up to 4 GB memory.

Other features of the ThinkPad X300 include a LED backlit display, a maximum battery life of up to 10 hours, a built-in DVD burner and stereo speakers, a digital microphone and an integrated camera. It is available now.
