I reviewed the instructions with him and saw him put the disc in the return mailer and watched him hand deliver it to our postman. We've since been told that they got the mailer but there wasn't a disc in it. We are still waiting for a resolution. My advice is to take a picture of the disc with the mailer and get a postal return receipt (even if the mailer is prepaid) - just in case this happens to you and you need documentation.
