Xias PF-1021WF and PF-821WF digital picture framesXias is pushing out a variety of cool new products this year at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, NV. In addition to the online music service/media player announcement the company is also launching a couple of new stylish digital photo frames.

The XIAS 8” (PF-821WF) and 10” (PF-1021WF) Executive Digital Photo Frames both come in a wood grain outer frame that holds the actual 800×600 TFT LCD display which sits in a floating swivel display. The picture frames are both WiFi enabled although the release information doesn’t do a whole of explaining on what that means exactly. (We’re assuming it has to have something to do with getting a photo feed to the frame wirelessly from a computer.)

The Xias picture frames have can show individual photos, one at a time, shown in a slide show or can display up to 12 photos at a time like thumbnails. They can also handle up to 7 different digital media formats and 9 different memory card types including CF, SD, Memory Stick, XD and USB thumb drives.

Xias doesn’t have pricing set for the new frames quite yet, but we expect some pricing to be set in the coming months as they are planning a launch sometime in the second quarter of 2008.
