seriously man. u dont stand on it and do nothing! have u ever heard of step aerobics? its a very effective form of cardio exercise and the Wii Fit incorporates this as one of the many functions it can do.

its an excellent idea and a great alternative to paying for gym memberships and leaving home and a busy lifestyle. im looking forward to getting one as soon as it becomes available. way to, Nintendo for thinking outside the box!

still, it is amusing that they need to make a bigger one for americans!

This will be good for not only adults but kids as well. I work out 5 days a week, and will probably still use this some. Yet, my kids will benefit as well, since I will not allow them to go to the gym yet,

So for all the flamers, leave it alone. I bet you are probably the fat ones.
