Sennheiser offers relief to call centers everywhere |
Anyone that’s spent an entire day on the phone with their hands on a keyboard knows that a good headset is worth its weight in at least some type of precious metal to make your day easier. The Sennheiser SH 300 headset is not wireless, there’s no Bluetooth and it’s got a mono-speaker, but on the upside its cord will likely fit into the port that the current crappy headset you’re using at work is plugged into now.
The SH 300 works for right or left head mounting, doesn’t mess up your ‘do and has some noise cancellation technology to block out all the others in the cube around you, giving a much more peaceful conversation for you and the party on the other end. The microphone also gives excellent sound quality to help cut down on all the “whats” generated by poor headsets.
Unfortunately this headset is unlikely to be found at most cube farm call centers and you might have to shell out the $132 yourself to get your hands on a little more comfort and clarity but hey, when you get fed up at the job you pack it up in the included carry bag and take it with you to the next call center down the street.
