ZVUE rolls out ZP3 flash memory player

ZVUE ZP3ZVUE, a maker of low cost portable media and digital audio players, today unveiled a thumb-drive style player which uses flash memory. The new ZVUE ZP3 is available in a 512 MB configuration.

The ZVUE ZP3 is capable of holding upwards of 125 songs in MP3 format. It comes preloaded with 30 top music hits of the year and is also capable of playing WMA music, including DRM subscription music. It is loaded through Windows Media Player and connects to a computer via USB.

Battery life on the ZP3 is projected at around eight hours on a single AAA battery. Other features include voice recording, a backlit LCD and an included lanyard/earphone combo accessory. It is available now.
