Toyota is delving deeper into robotics with each passing year. This high-tech mobility suit is creepy for a variety of reasons. It’s easy enough to imagine some little old lady in the cockpit crushing everyone in her path while she sorts through her change purse.

This suit is designed to help the elderly and disabled, who have difficulty performing routine tasks like climbing stairs or walking. Through robotics, they will be able to do things they otherwise could not. There isn’t much info about this yet, and no production date as yet. Frankly I’m scared. It’s time to be nice to the elderly. Soon they will be able to rip your face off and stomp you into the ground before taking a nap. Check out a video here. It’s even creepier in motion.
