Time Cube: the shape shifting clock

the shape shifting clock

That wacky gadget importer Chinavasion is at it again. The Time Cube is a new take on the tradition clock. This clock will look like an ordinary cube only briefly each day, mostly it forms star-like geometric patterns.

The idea is that the cube is actually made up of triangles that rotate to tell you the current time. Like most of these odd clocks, it’s fairly easy to tell the time. The largest triangle shows you the hours, while the middle one shows minutes, and the one spins like a second hand. If you don’t have enough geometry in your life, or if you just like watching squares turn into stars, go ahead and grab one for only $12. It will need 1 AA battery. Not sure if it is included or not.
