Then I heard a horrible noise and crackling sounds. I contacted them the only way you can by chat and they tell you to do all kinds of things that in the end made it where no out going calls could be made. I asked for a replacement and they want to charge me more money. I asked for the companies contact info and they said they could not give me any. I want to know how do you find out where this company actually is and the owner.inventor information to help me. I am not ready to give up yet but feel in some way it is a con. Oh by the way you cant use cordless phones either, at least that is one reason why they said my no longer works but hey it worked fine in the beginning. Looking for any advice and much needed information.

I recently bought a magicJack and for the first 12 hours it worked great. If you do not have a number there then you need to register your MagicJack.

your phone number should be in the little grey box above the end /send buttons on the soft phone.
