If you brush properly with the modified bass technique after meals (three times daily) and floss daily, biofilm is then disturbed and gingivitis is prevented. Going to the dentist is critical in the early detection of caries, high blood pressure (that is assuming you are a patient who goes faithfully every 6 months), periodontal disease, debridement of aquired pellicle, and the list goes on.
I don&#039;t think this toothbrush is a good idea, however. How is someone suppose to remineralize their enamel without flouride?
