Christmas decorations sponge up the holiday Joy

Leave it to the Japanese to make Christmas decorations and paper look like a thing of magic. Just put the bare framework with the folded paper attached into the petrie type dish and add water. After a few hours what you have are nicely detailed Christmas decorations that have sprung forth as if they were some intelligent and creative flowers.

Apparently these are a Japan only item for the moment, but they are so cool and intriguing that they have to come to the U.S. at some point in the near future. It’s kinda like a Chia Pet, without the gardening aspect. Now if they could only do this with real Christmas trees, that would make life alot easier. They even have a Valentine’s day version.

So if you happen to be in Japan, celebrate the holiday by growing some cheer. And please encourage them to work bigger, because I hate moving large heavy Christmas trees.
