Samsung Brings Quarter-Sized Headset to the US

Samsung WEP500 Bluetooth headset is no larger than a quarterSamsung has a very small-sized Bluetooth headset now available in the US market, measuring only about the diameter of a quarter and 7.7mm thick. The WEP500 headset uses wireless Bluetooth to connect to a mobile phone and provide hands free convenience through a headset that’s less noticeable than most.

The WEP500 advertises only 3.5 hours of talk time and 80 hours of standby which implies that Samsung might have skimped on battery to keep the device small. It also comes with a small hard case to keep the device in, which think is probably the coolest part of the whole product. The new Bluetooth headset retails for $119.
