Artison SoundBar brings design to slim speakers

Posted in Artison, Speakers by Nino Marchetti on September 14th, 2007

Artison SoundBarHere’s yet another soundbar to enhance your flat panel home theatre experience. This one is from Artison and it’s called plainly enough the SoundBar. It will run you around $1,200.

The Artison SoundBar attaches to flat panel televisions 37-inches and above. It was designed by speaker designer Cary Christie and sports three front channels of sound, which consist of five, one-inch tweeters and six, three-inch mid-ranges. These deliver a frequency response of 80 Hz. Matching grilles are included and optional stands are available as well.

It seems to make sense that we are seeing more and more of these audio bars as flat panel televisions become a staple in American homes. Ones like the Artison SoundBar are particularly nice because they look cool as well.
