LG House Malibu

Posted in LG by Nino Marchetti on August 7th, 2007

lg-pad.jpgThe cool kids in Hollywood are finding a place to shelter themselves from the hot California sun while playing with tech toys from LG Electronics. The LG House Malibu is open for business for the movie star crowd.

The LG House Malibu is 3,500 square feet of electronic party space, said LG. The house, which has already hosted parties for Chris Brown, Nick Cannon and Emmy Rossum, also recently held a party for Universal’s casts of its Emmy- nominated shows such as Heroes, House and The Office. Upcoming events will include celebrity birthday parties, beach days and MTV’s premiere party for The Hills.

And the tech…a LG 71-inch plasma HDTV, LG dual-format Blu-ray Disc/HD DVD players, an array of LG LCD HDTVs with accompanying gear, LG appliances (including a HDTV refrigerator with a 15-inch LCD in the door) and a bunch of LG mobile television phones. Ahh to be famous…

Well, this has certainly made me decide to stay away from any LG product. What a snotty, corny way to promote their products.
