SouthWing SH440 Bluetooth Headset

SouthWing SH440SouthWing, a developer of Bluetooth products, announced today a new Bluetooth headset available for sale through AT&T. The SH440, while not the prettiest girl on the block, seems to at least have a thoughtful price of around $50.

The SouthWing SH440 offers some interesting features to help distinguish it among budget Bluetooth headsets. When you first turn it on the headset automatically goes into pairing mode and uses voice guidance to help you find a connection with your mobile. The SH440 also uses the same voice to speak the number calling you, as well as telling you how much battery talk time is left.

You also get voice menu access to some of AT&T’s content services like news and weather, 12 ring tones and automatic power saving. Hmmm…maybe this headset, despite not winning many beauty contests, proves it is what is below the surface that counts.
