To be more specific, my father can no longer use this dock to charge the iPhone and the bluetooth headset simultaneously. In addition, you cannot use it to connect your iPhone to your computer whatsoever, at least not anymore. If anything, this dual dock only charges the bluetooth headset if it is used without docking the iPhone on it. After attempting to charge my own iPhone with the dual dock, my iPhone recognized that the device was NOT made for the iPhone, and asked if I wanted to turn on airplane mode. We are contemplating on whether or not to open it up and fix it ourselves.

My dad actually bought this and broke after the first few weeks, Apple stores say they can’t replace it and there happens to be no information on what can be done to fix it.
