iPhone Dock with Bluetooth Headset Charging

Posted in iPhone Accessories by Darrin Olson on June 24th, 2007

iPhone Docking station with bluetooth headphone charging includedWhile the iPhone June 29th release is still days away, the Chinese company 4Ustuff put an end to the question of whether or not an iPhone docking station will include a spot for the a Bluetooth headset as well.

Not much more than a week ago the Bluetooth headset got its OK from the FCC which prompted more questions about the extent of integration the iPhone would have with this product. Whether or not the actually docking station made by Apple will have a spot for the headset is still anyones guess, but if not we know we’ll have an alternative.

One Comment to “iPhone Dock with Bluetooth Headset Charging”
  1. Paul Kang Says:

My dad actually bought this and broke after the first few weeks, Apple stores say they can’t replace it and there happens to be no information on what can be done to fix it. To be more specific, my father can no longer use this dock to charge the iPhone and the bluetooth headset simultaneously. In addition, you cannot use it to connect your iPhone to your computer whatsoever, at least not anymore. If anything, this dual dock only charges the bluetooth headset if it is used without docking the iPhone on it. After attempting to charge my own iPhone with the dual dock, my iPhone recognized that the device was NOT made for the iPhone, and asked if I wanted to turn on airplane mode. We are contemplating on whether or not to open it up and fix it ourselves.
