I (as do many others) have multiple email accounts, and one in particular that I use for junk email when I have to register for products or anything that I am afraid I will get spam for. With this tool, you can create a temporary email account that will expire after 10 minutes. The site says that you can retrieve the email, read it and even reply to them. You can also extend your time as needed while your waiting for the email to arrive. Dodgeit.com provides a similar service that gives you a temporary email for a week instead of 10 minutes, and does not allow you to reply.

In my tests I set up an account and it instantly gave me a temporary address. I tried sending an email from a couple different accounts (my junk accounts), and although I see the page refresh periodically I am not seeing any email come in.

The 10 Minute Email may indicate how long it takes to get the email, but I am tempted to file this one in the ficticious category if I do not see something soon. The idea is good, even if this example is just link bait.
